Sauna Blankets –Far Infra Red Heat

Some 12 years ago I purchased my first Sauna Blanket.  My reasons were purely for weightloss and detoxification.  I hadn’t read up too much about the other benefits so I was in for a great surprise when I realised that it was much more than simple weight loss product.

After a few years I bought another one to use in my salon to combine it with wrap treatments and used after/before some massage treatments.  I now use it daily just to keep clients cosy whilst they are getting treatments such a brows/reflexology/facials etc.

My sister also bought one and she uses her blanket about 3 times a week.  She suffers with fibromyalgia and says this is a god send for her pain.

Improves Cardiac Health and Lowers blood pressure

Research has shown that sauna therapy reduces systolic blood pressure because the heat dilates blood vessels and reduces the volume of the inner lining of the vessels, thus promoting healthy blood pressure. Anything you can do to keep your blood pressure in the healthy range reduces your chance of heart attack and stroke.
